We are new to pools and our filter leaks no matter what we do. At this point we cannot afford to replace it, is there something we are doing wrong or something we can do temporarily until we can afford to get a new filter system? I have replaced the o ring and used the lube.

Are you sure it is leaking from the seal and not a crack? Looks like it is hard to see being against the wall.

I can't see a crack but everytime I open it to clean the filter it leaks worse so it might be
