31 is way above slam level. You need to let it drop below 16

Add liquid stabilizer to get your CYA up around 80 and then FC of 31 is ok.

Otherwise drain some water and refill. Your pool is small.

Upping your stabilizer a bit isn't a bad idea anyway in Florida.
