I have had this unit for 3yrs and the other day went to clean the pool, plugged in the controller, lights come on for a split second and go off. I have tried different outlets and no luck. Looked inside the controller and its spotless. Kinda lame only 3yrs of non-abusive use and it's already toast. Just curious if anyone has had the same problem. Going to call Marine pools and spa up in CO and see what they say.

A couple people have had similiar problems. They unplugged the power supply for a few hours and it mysteriously started working again.
It would take some electrical troubleshooting skills to track down the issue internally.
- visual inspection / burnt marks
- blown fuses
What PS do you have? Pictures?
Best I can do without having the power supply in hand.

Hey thanks for the reply. So, I ordered the same exact robot. I'm hoping to fix the old PS and then sell the robot to offset the cost of the new one. THis is the PS that gave up the ghost

I looked inside it and did not see anything that looked wrong. I talked to my dad that is a retired PC programmer and he was saying we need the schematic for the board to do any troubleshooting. I would be willing to ship it somewhere to get it fixed, but I'm just not sure where to send it.
