Everyday marquis spa 2003 won’t heat

Spa runs but won’t heat. Heat light is on saying it’s heating.
-replaced heating element- no change
-called out a tech, tech said the whole board needed to be replaced as the heating terminals on board were bad
-ordered and replaced board-no heat same issues

-no error codes.

Not much left. Are you sure you wired the new board correctly?
Post pics of circuit board and wiring diagram so I can see what you've got in there.
Do you own a multimeter?
