Easy way to winterize only waterfall?

I live in Oklahoma City and have a weirdly shaped pool with a long natural rock wall that I can't easily cover or winterize. We don't get many hard freezes here, and when we do, I tarp the equipment pad and leave the pump running and everything has been fine.

I also have a waterfall that does have to be winterized every year because it comes out of a sort of fake hill thing that's above ground. It's expensive to have someone come do this ($170 each time), so I'd like to do it myself.

The way they've been winterizing the waterfall is by cutting the pipe between the filter and the valve manifold, hooking up a blower to the manifold to blow out the waterfall line, and then redoing the pipe.

My question is, can I ask them to install some sort of port right after the valve to the waterfall line such that I can close the valve, open the port, and blow the line out myself (with a shop vac or leaf blower) without having to all the pipe work?

3-way valve.
