We have had the Dolphin Nautilus CC Plus model for just over three years. Recently it will stop working about 30 mins into the cleaning. Once you remove from the pool and the water drains from the unit, the tracks begin spinning and it starts back up working. Has anyone had this issue and found the solution? We've called Maytronic and they had us do several resets and this did not resolve our issue.
