Returned to store. They put in a new motor and it worked great. I told them I would just send it back to Maytronics and the store mgr told me that Maytronics would take my Dolphin and just refurbish it and then box it back up to send out to someone else that returned one and send me a different refurb. So I told them I wanted a new one from their floor. They reluctantly obliged and told me they would just sell the one I returned -with a new motor- as an open boxed robot at a discount. Yet they wanted me to take it back and would discount it for me. I just stuck with my guns and took a brand new one from their floor. It seemed a little odd to me, but I walked out with a brand new M400. I hope it works…just beware when returning to Maytronics if they try to send you a “new” one…it may be a refurb.
