Dolphin Active 20 Arrived!!! Questions...

Hello, I have an active 20 that I bought in May 2017. So 3 years old. I have had various problems with it to include:
- Cord disintegrating
- Cord tangling
- Rubber outlet drain warping
- Hair getting caught in motor
- Does not get stairs
- Gets stuck on my high drains
- Power Supply Failure

The good:
- Picked up dirt very well
- Good suction power
- Cord length

The final problem (Power Supply Failure) is going to cost me $200-300!!! I tried to just get a replacement power supply board on the inside of the power supply box, but cannot find anyone who sells it.

Any suggestions?!
