Does it matter the rate of adding liquid Cl?

We do most of our pool projects after hurricane season, partly to avoid playing the odds, but mostly, it's cooler.

So, before installing a SWG, I was discussing adding Cl with my sons. One asked if it mattered whether we added a gallon in the morning versus trickling a gallon throughout the day, or even less time (over an hour in the AM). After batting it around, I figured a short cut would be to ask here.

Does not really matter. Better to just add one does to raise your FC up to your target and move on.
