Do I still need to clean de filter after a very small amount of algae?

You clean the filter when the filter pressure rises by 25% over the clean filter pressure.

Got it, thanks. Wasn't sure if algae was in the filter if that would continue to create an algae problem even after slam.

If you completed the SLAM process, the filter went through it too.
