My pool was built in 1998. I just had a leak test done and found out the spa is leaking, caused by the Great Texas Freeze last year.
The spa apparently is going to be a complete tear down and rebuilt as the leak is coming from the spa walls.
Depending on the cost, I was thinking about replacing the coping (travertine/or something similar) and changing the plaster (currently have Quartz) to smooth pebble. Does anybody have an opinion on this product, pros and cons.
Pool builder/remodel company recommendation is welcome! Please send it my way.
