Is anybody familiar with Deep Heating for an in ground pool? I have a 14 x 28 foot in ground pool. It came with a feature called Deep Heating. It has nothing to do with a pool heater. At both ends of the pool it has return jets on the bottom of my pool. One on the shallow end, oneon the deep end. This is in addition to the three return jets my pool already has. The theory is, deep heating allows for greater circulation and thusly heats the pool up faster, more evenly, than conventional return jets alone. With that out of the way, one of my deep heating jets doesn't push any water out. I can only assume that it's clogged with something. My question is, can I put a shop vac hose over my deep heating hole and try and suck the clog out of my deep heating jet? I know it would fill my shop vac quickly but I don't know how else to unclog that jet? The bad jet is on the deep end of my pool. Obviously, every precaution would be taken to avoid electrocuting myself using a shop vac. There is no separate line for my deep heating jets. Its all part of the jet return line. Any ideas? Thanks for your advice?
