Dealing with bees squatting in rocks

This video honestly doesn't do it justice, but I am having a serious bee issue (I understand they're good, I don't have to kill them. Just don't want them to be here.) - They crawl all inside of these rocks, and swarm people who go near them. They also frequently end up drowning/in the skimmer, and if one is drowning and gets near someone they will get stung every time.

I've tried a lot of misc sprays, planting flowers, 'bee moving traps' (Just got lots of ants), and frequently apple cider spray the area. Anyone have any recommendations? I do not know if there is a hive in these rocks, or near-by, so my local beekeeper won't help. I imagine it's just due to the chlorinated water attracting them in the heat.

[UPDATE] When even the "Experts" don't listen to their own advice ...

Spray and kill the bees nesting in your rocks and then seal all the cracks or tile over that area so the bees cannot go back and nest again in the area.

While bees are good there are places where bees and people are incompatible.

You need to decide if you constructed a house for bees or a pool for people.

While that stacked stone design looks nice it does not work in your environment.

Maybe try a diluted bleach solution or hydrogen peroxide or Wet and Forget.

If you have aluminum coping, don't allow the bleach to get on the coping.

We have the identical problem. Did you find any way to get rid of them??? We have two neighbors within a mile of our house who keep bees, but what can they do???
 
I had an issue w them last summer. I couldn't take off my bubble cover without getting harassed by them. Went on for about 2 weeks. I got them to go away by spraying water with some dish soap all around the edges of the bubble cover about 5-6 times per day. They didn't like the taste and never came back after. Also it makes it much more difficult to breathe when exposed to the sudsy spray. They breathe through their body.

I got the idea because beekeepers will euthanize unruly hives by dunking the nest in soapy water.
