Daily pool maintenance? Losing fc within the day

I have stop using my chlorinator and rely on liquid bleach. Do I always need to add more liquid bleach daily to maintain the recommended FC? My CYA reading right now is 30. When I slam. It is holding the fc reading overnight but seems to go down in the afternoon. Thinking probably my chlorine is being burned by the sun... not really sure at this point.

I have a saltwater pool and it uses about 4-5 ppm a day in full sun. of course, temperatures here are 100+ right now. So it is possible it is burning it all up during the day even with CYA. If you aren't losing any overnight my guess it just the sun burning it off.

When I was using bleach instead of the SWG I had to add liquid chlorine every day to keep the chlorine up for the next day.

Here is a good link to see what your levels should be.

Pool Math is awesome :D I love using it. makes it super easy to tell what to add and how much of it to add.

Yes you need to add enough to account for the daily loss. If you are using pool math make sure you adjust the settings near the bottom to show you are using bleach and not SWG.

Pools lose CL every day and need it added. Either through tablets (not recommend), pouring in liquid chlorine daily, or using a SWG.
