Crystal pure 60 k output volts/amps low

Hello, I have recently installed a new SWG. The model is a crystal pure 7704 60k. I don’t believe I’m getting the full output. Cell setting at T15 is correct. When the unit is on (it shows a voltage of 21.5 and an amperage of 5.45-5.65.
It is working(I can see the bubbles on the return) but it’s nowhere near what it should be. Am I right when I say these numbers are low? Also, when the unit is not generating the voltage is only 28.6. I have 232 volt going to the swg.

I've got the same SWCG. Been running it for about a month now an all seem to be good. I run it for 15 hours at 40% which according to Poolmath generate 3.2 ppm for my 30K gallon pool. Day to day FC has been be at a consistent 6.5 to 7 ppm. Just took a diagnostic read on the SWCG:
