Coverstar autocover notifications issues?

Is anyone else experiencing issues with notifications with their Coverstar autocover? I have one of the new touchscreen that was installed in Aug 2022. This replaced a touchpad model that wouldn't connect to wifi. Notifications worked for a few months but haven't been working the last couple of months. I've been in contact with Coverstar - my device is registered in the portal but the portal doesn't show all of the logins to the touchscreen.

Anyone else experiencing issues?

Wow. Just wow. I had no idea the keypads had gone high tech like that?! My autocover is low tech key driven. Seems to be most reliable?
How far is the device from your router? Perhaps an extender is needed?
