Coping and tile repair

Hey gang. 8 year old in ground concrete pool. I'm having issues with water getting through my coping/sikaflex/decking area, onto the bond beam and causing issues. A few tiles have come loose (gonna reset them next week). I'm repouring my expansion joint between my coping and concrete decking with self leveling sika caulk.

I have a few joints in my coping which look to have hairline cracks. I was initially thinking of using some sanded silicone grout caulk which color matches the mortar? I think It would do the job (there are lots of other concrete/mortar crack caulk products too I saw At the store) but Im a little afraid that they will permanently screw up my coping stones (pavers). Meaning when I go to redo my coping and tile in a few more years it can't be reused because it's got silicone or acrilic caulk on it.

I did A search, one post someone said with a similar problem to throw some grout in it. Like sanded tile grout? Would that be a better product than anything else?

Thanks.

Yes, either mortar or grout. Grout is an easier mix to work with.

Show me pictures of the problem areas.

Put a layer of grout over the seams.

What you have right now is mortar that was used to set the coping stones and the sides were buttered.
