Yes it is, and I have one..
You would have to use an empty Aux relay.. Do you have one???
Then, when you noticed the water is low, you'd turn on the relay, which would turn on the sprinkler valve and allow water to go into the pool. If you set the egg-timer, you can stop the water flow after X amount of time. For me, this is about 1 hour.
In my case, I had a fill line added to the back of one on my skimmers. While this works, I would not do it again, I'd add a fill line right into the pool.
Do you have a suction side or pressure side clean port that is not being used???
If not you can plumb the extra water into any return line.
Show us some pics of your equipment pad and we might come up with some ideas.
