Clueless and ready to SLAM!

Hello!

I’m taking over pool duties for my parents and I’m clueless. We’re in Toronto so I can’t buy the testers from the links provided. Any suggestions? I’m hoping to get it by Monday so I can’t start working on the pool. It’s dark and cloudy. So far I’ve only been adding liquid chlorine and I did 3 bags of shock. I tested it at the store and they said the levels are okay minus the stabilizer…which I think is the CYA?

I would recommend looking at all of the articles in the pool school.

Figure out how to add 3ppm of liquid chlorine per day. Nothing else until you kit arrives.
