Cloudy water since removal of iron stain

My pool was started up a little over a month ago and I discovered that the stain around my pool was iron deposit. I went and got some stain removal and metal removal products and the stain is now gone! However, ever since I treated the pool for the metals, it has remained cloudy. My chemicals are all within a close range:
FC: 2.6
TC: 2.9
pH: 7.5
TA: 108
CH: 195 (I know this is a little low)
Salt: 2700 (also a little low - but SWG is producing)
CYA: 35 (was recommended between 30-60)

I have been running the pump non-stop for about a week and it doesn't seem to be helping. I have been backwashing regularly and still not any better. Can someone out there help? I have never had a hard time getting my water blue and clear before. I'm including photos (one of the metal deposit, the two others were taken May 10th and May 24th)

OK -- hopefully the stain remover was citric acid. I asked as sulfamic acid can severely hamper your ability to manage your FC going forward.
There is no such thing as a 'metal remover'. To remove the metals in the water, you have to exchange the water to metal free water.

You can also consider using DE in your sand filter to make it filter the fines quicker. It is described in the linked article above.

At 2.6 fc (questionable) you’re just barely above the minimum of 2ppm fc for your cya of 40.
(Between 30&40 counts as 40 for chlorination purposes)

FC/CYA Levels

Is it possible that fc has fallen lower than that at some point?
If so you may want to do an
Overnight Chlorine Loss Test to confirm or deny an algae issue.
You’ll need a proper test kit to do this
