Clarifier is not a recommended chemical for use in a TFPC pool.
With a 1200 gallon pool, dump it and start over.

Thank you for your help. It takes too long to get the water cleared due to well water with high iron levels. We have awful water.Welcome to the forum!

Clarifier would still be a no-no in my book. It often causes more problems and solves few.
Iron in your fill water is a problem as you know. Keep your chlorine level low but adequate enough for sanitation.........that may help.
