The actuator you see on the far left is for the SPA. There's another one not shown in the pic over to the right as well, also for the SPALooks like he has them to me..

The two actuators that you have are called the Intake and Return actuators and they are used to switch your system between the Pool mode and the Spa mode.
You should still have the ability to add one or two more actuators if you wanted.
