cleaning/flushing filter tank

I have a Blue Haven C4520 or a C5520 filter (not sure which model) pulled and cleaned the four cartridges.

Now want to clean the bottom of the the tank which holds them; lots of dirt and very small stones there.

Since the outlet line goes directly back into the pool (no flush valve) whats an option for cleaning it?

Duh, I should have known that!

By the way with more exploration I found a black plastic drain plug in the back. Hard to see and hard to reach but it did the job.
