@HermanTX , Thanks for your input but for this customer it's the wrong product. Very large residential property with nobody to own up to anything except for the various paid help no one ever knows when something is left open,uncovered or whatever. The pool is used by different family members that come and go. Don't want anything that will get handled and dropped or needs to be charged. The pressure side for them is the best cause they treat it as if it's a fish and stays in the water. I found it broken on my next visit and can have been that way the last six days, who knows.
If they want to stay with a pressure cleaner, get a Polaris Quattro. It cleans better than the 280, climbs walls, and scrubs. It's like a pressure powered robot. You'll need to adjust the pressure; I find my Quattro needs much less pressure than my 3900 did.
