Clean injector stop valves?

Is there a way to clean injector valves (Pentair Intellichem acid and chlorine injectors), or do people just buy a new ones?

I heading out of town for a couple of weeks, and as luck would have it, one has quit working. I doubt I can get a replacement one locally.

I have only heard of the valves being replaced.
