Circupool Total balance

Then you can program in a Spillway function and only run the waterfall from the spa a couple times a day for 30 minutes to keep that water chlorinated and it will dramatically reduce your pH rise.

I read your response too quickly the first time so came back to edit. Do you know how to to that or should I be calling support? As much as I've known the waterfall is my nemesis I never thought to ask if I could do that. Will check back in.

Spillover Mode
If you have a pool and spa you can enable the Spillover function with dip switch #3 on the main panel. When switch #3 is on then AUX3 becomes the spillover control. If you have any relay connected to AUX3 you need to move it to an available Aux position.

With Spillover turned on by Aux3 the POOL/SPA return valve will move to the SPA position. Water will be suctioned by the pool and returned to the spa.

K. I've evolved to this question....is there any way to automate the aux3 or does it need to be done manually in the app each time? My objective is to dramatically reduce the spillover but to not leave the spa out of circulation for too long. Example....for the aux 3 to be activated three times a day for a period of time but off all other times would be ideal. Thoughts?

Go to PROGRAM and set the times you want AUX3 to be on and off.

You have the ALL BUTTON PANEL or the ONE TOUCH panel?

It's in the manual linked above.

Hey. Wireless One Touch.
So I'm given the option of Menu> Schedule> Add> then that list of options does not include Aux3(filter pump, Spa, VSP1 Spd adj, Pool heat, Spa heat, Heat pump, Color Wheel LT are the only options in the list)

You put AUX3 on? You turn the power to the panel off then on?

@PoolGate is the One Touch guy.

You will not see SPILLOVER to program until you turn on AUX3 and reboot the panel.

This isn't a OneTouch issue this is how Aqualink is programmed. You don't select an "AUX" port for the programming, you select what that AUX port does.

Ok. I got Aux3 activated, reset panel, and now have it in my list to schedule. I thought I was done. Nope. Entering the next phase.
The waterfall is still active with spillover off. The actuator in the pictures attached
moves from 10 o'clock to 12 o'clock when the spillover toggled on. Thoughts? TY in advance.

You will have to adjust the limit switches in the actuator for your return valve. It needs to now fully close off when in Pool mode and open full or partial for Spillover mode.

You need to reset the cam on the actuator to be fully Open for pool and fully closed for spa when in pool mode.

Wow. Thank you. A short youtube video on adjusting the cam and I'm in business. Thank you all so much.
I realized yesterday that I wasn't a supporter after all of the amazing info I received here when we first opened the pool in the Fall. Then with this issue y'all were
the best. Thanks so much and we'll see you for the next one. The Total Balance should be delivered today or Monday. I'll post updates here.

Your actuator needs to be adjusted by 45 degrees to be like the red line when in POOL mode.

Hi All. Had a thread recently where I asked some questions about rising pH and as a result of the help I received here learned how to activate and schedule spillover on in my integrated pool/spa. Link to original thread. circupool-total-balance.203222
That alone bought me an extra day in between needing to add MA. I'll see if I can link thread here. For many reasons detailed there, I invested in a Circupool Total balance CO2 injection system and told the group that I'd report back. It arrived yesterday and I set it up in less than 30 minutes just as they advertise. Thats all I have to report so far but thought I'd send pics of the set up and one thing I'll need to overcome. The power supply is a horizontal unit and as you can see the outlet I have is covered/deep so doesn't fit. For now I've had to run an extension cord and fit the whole thing under the cover to protect from the rain. Any thoughts on this would be appreciated. Looks like the depth of the box can be altered but I won't know my options until I get to hardware store.

I was warned to not start new threads when I attempted to post about the Total Balance so I'll put update here......
I haven't added MA even once since I got the TB. Even better, I had a tech question that Circupool couldn't help me with so there forwarded me directly to the creator of the TB. He's been amazingly responsive and is more excited about this TB than I am. I can relate. I'm excited too. Even during the break in period for fine tuning I've not once been "outside of the 3's" of LSI/CSI balance.

Quite a few threads here about using CO2 for pH control..
