So let's start with, I don't have a chlorinator. But I do have a Pentair panel. What model, I don't know but I can find out if needed. On the app that connects to my panel I constantly have an alert that I would like to get rid of. The alert says "chlorinator lost communication". I'm assuming this is a setting that I need to change somewhere. Can you assist?

Assuming you have ScreenLogic, you just need to uncheck the "Chlorinator" box.

I think I fixed it based upon your post above. My pool guy is the one who set everything up. I'd forgotten there was a second app just for the settings. I re-downloaded the app and went into other settings per the screencap above and uncheck that box. Thank you.
