Suddenly my ceramic hose weight is floating. Is this something that happens? Is there a fix or do I have to replace it? I use this to hold my feeder line down in a pail of liquid chlorine.

I assume it has become porous and would just replace it.

I would contact the manufacturer and see what they say about it.
As a temporary fix for now, you could zip-tie the handle of a cheap white coffee cup to the end of the tube to weigh it down. (No metal)

Thanks. Well the manufacturer had not heard of it either. Got a new one and all is good.
