Calcium Buildup

Hello, just moved into a new home and got the water chemistry all dialed in now. Any ideas on how to remove I assume what is calcium buildup on the stone around the pool?

A pool-tile cleaning company could remove it by bead blasting, but it will likely return after a while if it is efflorescence, which it looks like. It is not evenly coating the wall except on the spa where there is water on the other side.
