A pool analysis was done for us, as indicated in the title.

They recommend draining pool completely, for the calcium. We do have calcium deposits. Your thoughts? Shall I share a pic?

Post a full set of test results from your own test kit.
If you do not have a test kit, I suggest the TF100. A proper test kit is needed to get the accurate water chemistry results needed to follow the TFP protocols.
