Bubbles coming out of the spa return jet

Your spa has an air inlet to feed the jets with air bubbles. The bubbles you are seeing are coming from that inlet. They increase the faster you run your pump.

At low pump speed they can come and go. Increase your pump speed and they should put out quite a bit of air.
