Broken copping inside of concrete

Replacing liner and a lot of plastic around perimeter is broken but only way to replace is break concrete? Any other suggestions. There’s places which are a lot worse but won’t let me upload photos

Turn off HDR on your phone camera and resize the pictures.

Reducing photo size

I am new to TFP and just tried to upload my first picture and got a message that the file was to large. Can someone please let me know how to reduce the file size. Thanks

It sounds like the concrete deck was poured after the coping was installed and the concrete overlaid the coping.
