Both Spa and Pool light not working

Although our pool is 6 years old, I'm still learning as each piece has trouble. This moment is the lights. Neither Spa light or Pool light will come on with either the PDA hand held control or the box when put into service mode. Since it's both lights, I'm thinking maybe a breaker got popped over the winter, but I don't know where that might be. Thanks in advance.

Most likely your automation system has a GFCI outlet installed in the side of the main box.. Lights are often connected into the back side of this outlet. Push the GFCI reset on the front and I suspect your lights will start working again.
