I have an AutoPilot Model # DIG-220 with a Salt Cell RC-52. The cell was not producing Chlorine and I was getting an error message saying "Warning! Low Amps - Cell?". I ran the Boost and the Test Pool Pilot Function. It output the following:
Cell = 7V .5A
Temp = 76F
Salt = 4000ppm
As I ran the test a few times voltage and temp varied. Sometimes 8V and .6A. Once it was 24V at .6A. Cell was clean. Originally had a little calcium build up on one end but it wasn't to bad. I cleaned it with an acid water solution and it cleaned up nicely. Still the same error messages though. My Cell and pool were installed in 2013. Do you think I need a new Cell or a new power board? Anything I can do to try to narrow down further? Thanks in advance!
