At what water temp does the pump need to remaining running?

Cold weather but it's expected to get warmer. I was thinking I could set my pump back to normal times instead of running 24 hours. My water temp is about 38°.

I think you need to be concerned about air temperature, if you have pipes exposed to the air. You don't want the water in exposed pipes to freeze.

That should be fine. As this cold spell breaks out of our area, you could give the pump a break during the day, then have it back on later in the evening through the morning in case temps drop below freezing just to keep the water moving.
