AquaLink Z4 Controller

Hello forum,

Have had a Aqualink Z4 controller for about six years. No issues until the other day when I noticed the pool pump was not running. Went to the controller and saw the controller only showing the text "TRi-Pure" and the time (see pic).

Tried a few things, nothing. Called Zodiac, was closed by 3:30pm eastern.

After some deliberation I decided to save on a tech call out, change out the control board, how hard can it be? $200 on eBay. Installed this morning, turned power back on, and guess what? Exactly the same screen!!

Any ideas anyone?

I am not sure what is going on with your Z4 but the unit is called the Aqualink TRI when sold in Australia. Somehow your box thinks it is down under. See the Australia manual - https://pumpshop.com.au/wp-content/...ol-and-Spa-Controller-Installation-Manual.pdf
