Hello! Can you please assist with my AquaConnect? I can access my pool’s control panel through the Network device’s IP Address. The link light is not active, and I can not use the AquaConnect client.
LINK LED indicates communication is established between the base station and Haywards cloud server. This is different then the LINK light you find on a Cat-5 port. The LINK LED should be blinking on at least once a minute, usually 4 times per minute.
One member found that the Aqua Connect base station does not connect to the Hayward cloud servers when DNS is set to 1.1.1.1. When his default ISP DNS was used the box connected fine and LINK was lit.[
