Hello all. I've been reading this forum for a long time and appreciate all the knowledge here. I have an issue that I can not resolve and need some help with.
I have an AquaCal HP. About a month ago the control panel went out and as it was under warranty, they replaced it free of charge. I didn't really pay attention to the operation (my fault) but soon discovered that the heater was always on. I get the message "under remote control" on the keypad. I have tried to reset the panel but it is not working either. I atempted this by unlocking the keypad, then hitting pool/spa and the up key at the same time. It does nothing. So how do I get this into a normal mode?
My second issue is that after a Pentair Intelliconnect app upgrade, my mobile app no longer has an option to add a heater of any sort, atleast not that I have been smart enough to find. I have made sure that the communication cable is good as I would assume that the mere connection should make the Intellicenter realize there is something more attached to it.
Any advice is greatly appreciated!
