Any suggestions to reduce TA

I drained my pool and have CYA back on track. What is best way to reduce TA? SHould I add muriatic acid? My PH is in range. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

TA is only a pressing concern when it's causing a problem. Just adjust your pH as necessary and the TA will drop to whatever level allows the pH to be stable.

In Nevada you have high TA fill water. With constant evaporation your fill water will be raising your TA if you try and force it down.

As was recommended above just manage your pH and keep it in the high 7's and let your TA find its natural equilibrium for your environment.
