CSI Low with Low TA needed to stabilize PH

I have a salt water pool and for the past couple of years I have had to add muriatic acid weekly. Based on various threads within TFP I have lowered my TA and it seems that the Ph is stable at 7.8 with a TA of 50. The problem is that this takes my CSI below -.3. I can get my CSI to -.41 by taking my calcium hardness to 500, but this still keeps the CSI below the ideal range. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Not everything in this world is ideal.

CSI above -0.6 is ok. Keep your pool as is.
 
You can allow the pH to go up to 8.0 as long as you can get an accurate read on the pH.

You can get a pH meter to help determine the pH if the colors become difficult to read at 8.0.

Is the pool plaster?
 
Your TA was 50 sixteen days ago - what is it now?
Are these your test results from a proper test kit? The CYA should be rounded up, so I hope you're not basing pool decisions off of pool store testing.

Your CSI looks great for avoiding scale and I assume your fill water TA is higher than your pool. I'm just about right where you are and I'm totally happy with it. TA of 50 is perfect for avoiding acid additions and keeping the CSI negative preventing SWCG scale.
