Air source heat pump

I’m considering getting a second hand air source heat pump.good/ Bad idea?!

I wondered what people’s experience of heat exchanger failure on these things is.

Long time no hear from on here, welcome back! You may want to look at Hotspot systems. They have quite a following here and this is a good thread to get you started. These systems recover home A/C heat, not sure if that's what you were thinking but that's all I know about.
