After using Trichlor tablets, how to increase pH?

that product is just bicarb soda which will increase your total alkalinity and ph
your algae problem is one of the drawbacks of using triclor
at this point best to empty pool and start again
some posts that might help you

with a smaller pool
you can use the trichor pucks until your cya hits 30
and then choose between, calcium hypochlorite (cal/hypo)
or the best, but more labour intensive
sodium hypochlorite, aka liquid chlorine aka basic no additive bleach
or just use one for one week and then swap to the next

Thank you for your advices. We have read your suggestions multiple times. We want to be ready for another pool of water.
Trichlor 3" tablets in the despenser for few weeks. Then pH goes down. Put in Algicide & Alkalinity Increaser to raise pH.
Drain & refill water about 10% to reduce CYA. Shock the pool with Chlorine bleach.

Is this about right chemicals to ready?

Once your CYA gets between 30-50ppm, you should be culminating with liquid chlorine. You can raise the pH and TA at the same time with washing soda. If you just want to raise the pH use borax.

Does Borax may cause water soapy and foamy? Water was foamy after we added Alkalinity Increaser.

We have now:
Alkalinity Increaser from Puri Tech - sodium bicarbonate
Clorox concentrated Germicidal liquid Bleach - sodium hypochlorite 8%;
Clorox pHup increaser - Sodium Carbonate - Soda Ash
Clorox - Scale, Metal, Stain Control, label: adjust pH 7.2 to 7.6, Free Chorine 1 - 40ppm Active ingredient 2-phosphonobutane-1,2,4-tricarboxylic acid.
Pool Time Algicide and Clarifier - Polyloxethylene (dimethylimino ethylene dichloride) 6%

Depending on your fill water, you should not need the sodium bicarb or the sodium carbonate.

You do not need the Scale control or algaecide, at all.

I have a similar kind of sweeper, but rarely use it. It takes time to set up, and in my case about three hours to sweep the whole pool. You have to deflect your return jets, or the sweeper will tend to ’go with the flow’. You have no skimmer action while it is in use. It takes me 20 minutes to manually vacuum my pool. The sweeper has not proven practical for me, but they do look enticing on paper.
This is the exact model:
