How often should a pool tech come by for after plaster care?

Our pool finished filling a week ago yesterday. The PB sent a tech over the following day to start the pumps and start the pool up. The tech has only been by one other time, so a total of two visits in a week. I just wanted to see if this was typical or not for a new pool start up?

The water is starting to get a bit cloudy, so I’m hoping he comes out soon to add some chlorine. Our pool school meeting is not until this Friday.

Someone should be brushing the pool daily and checking chlorine level. This is the recommended process by the National Plaster Council ...
