Adding smart capabilities to led pool lights

I’ve researched quite a bit in here for information on adding a smart switch to my existing sr smith treo led light controller, but haven’t found any definitive solutions. Has anyone had any luck adding a smart switch to pool lights that require on/off switch to change pool colors?

I don’t think there is a definitive solution. Seems like folks experiment with different smart switches with varying results.
