Adding Salt and Stabilizers

Have my pool filled. Now ready to add salt and stabilizers (Cyanuric Acid) to pool.
Can I add them at the same time? Since the pump has to run 24 hours, thought it would be good to do them both the same time.
Is this ok to do?

Yes, add CYA with the sock method over a return or in a sock in the skimmer.

Broadcast the salt and brush it to help it dissolve.

If you put the sock in the skimmer keep the pump on until its all dissolved. It does seem to dissolve faster for me this way, and keeping the pump running protects the pump from a big dose of acidic water sitting in the skimmer.
