I opened my pool yesterday and looked great! Let DE filter overnight and today I see stuff settled on bottom of pool, so I vacuumed. Tested water and added bleach amounted recommended. Should I have adjusted ph first? Should I slam with 0.5 CC? This is my first time opening using TFP, just want to do it right. Thank you.
Added bleach before adjusting PH, is that wrong?

Your pH is fine. Your CC level is not an emergency at 0.5.
