My water is cloudy and algae in the filter, so I will SLAM. I just tested the water. Do I need to add any chemicals to bring pH, TA, CUA to spec or do I do that after the SLAM is completed? Thanks

From your Poolmath logs, you need to lower your pH to 7.2. As you say it is at 8.2 now, I would suggest you add enough acid to get to 7.2, circulate for 30 min or so, test pH and TA again, and add as necessary to get to 7.2.
Your CYA is 50 (round up).
