Hi, when I vacuum the debris. Comes back into the pool from the returns. Also when I add DE in the skimmer it blows back into the pool via the returns. What am I doing wrong ? Thanks for any Help.

Welcome to TFP!!!Well assuming you do not have a multi-valve set on recirculate, sounds like you have a problem in your filter.
Please add your pool details to your signature as described HERE as it will help us help you.
Top right of the page under "Pool School", click "Settings". "Edit Signature" is one of the options on the "Settings" page in the lower left.
Have you taken the filter apart to check the grids for rips? Most common issue when DE flows back into the pool and you have the valve set correctly.
