That's going to require a main board and firmware upgrades. And even then, I am not certain it can talk to a Hayward VSP. A Pentair or Jandy's own, yest but I don't know.
This may not be what you are looking for but you could just connect the EcoStar as you would a single speed pump via a relay and then use the EcoStar internal timers to control the speeds at different run times. If you want full control of the EcoStar speeds from the Jandy controller, I think that is going to be a problem.
