Found this site a couple weeks ago while fighting a very cloudy pool. You guys are great! It's my third year with this pool and was fine until late last year. Spent a few hundred bucks this spring at the pool store with mixed results... Found this site, got a good test kit, and have been using liquid chlorine ever since.
I stopped shocking a couple days ago even though I haven't passed the overnight test yet but the pool looks awesome for our holiday visitors. I will keep testing daily and continue shocking if needed after everyone leaves. What a huge difference though and everyone is impressed!
